We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, merchandise must be unworn, unused, and returned in its original condition.

Please keep in mind that all graphic apparel is final sale and cannot be returned. These items are made to order especially for your boutique, so we are unable to accept returns on custom-produced graphic pieces.

If you need to return an eligible item, simply email us at amerikanbasics@gmail.com with your order number and return request. Our team will respond promptly with return instructions and details to help make the process easy.

To avoid delays, please include:

  • Your business name

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you would like to return

  • The reason for your return

All returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Items returned outside of this timeframe, or items that are not in original condition, may not be accepted.

Once your return is received and reviewed, approved returns will be processed accordingly. Amerikan Basics reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet our return policy requirements.
